Helbing and tonic

4 cl Helbing Kümmel
Dry tonic water to mix

Fill a glass with ice. Pour Helbing over the ice cubes in the glass and top up with tonic water (Fentimans is the perfect choice). Serving suggestion: garnish with a leaf of basil and a slice of lemon.

Hamburg Mule

4 cl Helbing Kümmel
1.5 cl Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Ginger beer to mix

Fill a glass with ice. Pour Helbing and lemon juice over the ice cubes in the glass and top up with ginger beer.

Helbing Basil Smash

4 cl Helbing Kümmel
A hand full of basil leaves including stems
1/2 freshly squeezed lemon juice
1-2 cl sugar syrup
Ice cubes

Put basil leaves, lemon juice, and sugar syrup into a shaker and muddle with a pestle.
Add Helbing, fill with ice cubes and strongly shake 10 to 15 times.
Strain twice into a longdrink glass filled with ice cubes. Recommendation: Use basil leaves as garnish.
